Right-click on the unknown device and select update driver software. I tried to get to FebSmart website but this is what comes up. That is where the driver for the unknown device (the USB 3.0 host controler should be). I haven't notice it happening while I'm working or am using the internet. I'll go to bed then in the morning it's "off" or go to work and when I get home it's "off". Never happened before the update, in fact a couple other things went goofy too but I was able to take of those things. I have to reboot to have it show up and the items plugged it to show up again. Lately I have found that the card stops working and no access to anything that is plugged in to it.
